Bryan Guthrie, Chief Executive Officer - With over 20 years experience in surgical sales, Bryan's last 14 years were with Stryker's Surgical Instrument Division.  While with Stryker, Bryan developed and managed a 5 million dollar territory. He not only excelled but also helped pioneer Stryker's asset management sales program. Bryan also worked in the Hospital Products Division Strato/Infusaid of Pfizer as a sales specialist. T.W. (Bill) Baugh III, Chairman - Bill has over 25 years experience leading organizations in corporate renewal. Bill has completed more than 35 acquisitions and 8 start-ups and has raised more than $100 million in private equity.  Prior to commencing a career as an entrepreneur,  Bill was the CEO of Pelican Life Sciences, President of Global Laboratory Products for Fisher Scientific International and an Operations Manager for Nucor Corporation.  In addition to his private investment holdings, Bill is currently a Managing Director for Bourne Capital Partners.   Bill received a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from Washington State University and a MBA from the Belk College of Business at the University of North Carolina - Charlotte.  Contact Bill at Bill.Baugh@island-forest.com
Carlos B. Jorge, MD - Dr. Jorge is currently Medical Director of one of 4 cardio-metabolic prevention and wellness centers developed for Novant Presbyterian Healthcare. Also, Dr. Jorge is a Medical Adviser to Cleveland Heartlab at Cleveland Clinic and an Executive committee member for PREVAIL National Quality Improvement Initiative. After graduating from the University of Virginia, Dr Jorge received his Doctorate of Medicine, Cum Laude,  from Urena School of Medicine in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.

Gail Noll, RN - Gail has over 40 years experience as an RN, 30 of the years were working in the operating room both scrubbing and circulating.  During this time, Gail was a preceptor for the Orthopedic Service and  then Trauma Coordinator.  Currently, Gail is working in Material Management as the Implant and Tissue Specialty Coordinator for the Operating Room.  She graduated from Suffolk School of Nursing Southampton Hospital.
